Rainy day = perfect day to burn a candle and SMASH* :). I've finally caught my very first SMASH* book up to recent events. Today's SMASH*ing consisted of Sebastian's first day of second grade and a day at the park for the kids. The park might be the only time they get along, anymore! So by the scent of Mia Bella's yummy Pumpkin Cheesecake and my friend Jackee joining me, we had a great afternoon!
Sebastian and his friend went to his friend's house because "it's more fun there". LOL that's their way of telling me I suck because I won't turn on the Wii! After Brad got back from taking them down, I noticed it was DOWN POURING outside and thought of the many times my sister Christa and her best friend Kelly took me puddle jumping when I was younger. It was one of my favorite things to do!! So Brad and I took the two little ones out front and we had so much fun dancing in the rain and jumping in the puddles!
What's a better way to finish out a rainy day than getting dressed up in sweats and hoodies and snuggling together? Well that's precisely what we're doing now :). Smelling Pumpkin Cheesecake, watching Nanny McPhee, a cup of hot chocolate in hand, snuggling on the couch. I hope you are having as nice of a day as I have had! Enjoy your weekend!
